When You Love Someone Who Doesn’t Love You Back💔

Have you ever fallen in love with someone who didn’t love you back? Did you stop pursuing or keep pushing forward? And if so, how far did you take it?😔😔

When you love someone and s/he doesn’t love you back, it can feel like your world is ending. The pain you’re experiencing is very real. Science has even shown that rejection activates the same pain-sensing neurons in your brain that physical pain does.[1] You can’t control how you feel, but you can learn to get past the pain of romantic rejection and move on with your life…

Rejection can also cause depression...  If you notice any of the following, get help from a mental health professional immediately:

  • Changes in your eating or sleeping habits
  • Feelings of hopelessness or helplessness
  • Changes to your normal mood
  • Trouble controlling negative thoughts
  • Thoughts of harming yourself

It’s hard but it happens And it hurts. You love someone who may have loved you once upon a time…. .Or You love someone who acted like there was a possibility of love in return, but now there’s not… 😔💔Or You love someone who simply doesn’t feel the same way and isn’t going to feel the same way.. .Ever Or You loved someone deeply who loved you deeply and then this person just switched off and hurt you in ways that were unimaginable at the height of your mutual love. .

    1. Just let me remind you, it wasn’t your fault. You might have lost someone, but you have gained so much more during this ordeal.Don’t let him take your shine. Just Remember Babe “I’m here for you.”today , tomorrow and in sha allah till my last breath… ❤ ❤

    2. Love is a crazy thing. How do you tell your heart and mind that a person doesn’t love you no more and stop loving them. Moving on and letting go is so painful at times I agree. Sometimes physical pains are easier to deal with that emotional pain. Good post!

    3. I’ve lost people in the past, and I’ve lost people to other people, then seen that they’re better off with someone else. I loved them enough to only want happiness for them, even if that wasn’t with me.
If you truly love something, sometimes you have to let it go ❤
